Retreat into wellness with celebrity trainer Tosca Reno

Celebrity fitness trainer Tosca Reno has joined forced with Retreats Unlimited and will conduct a series of special workshops highlighting her famed Eat Clean Diet™ beginning April 6–10, 2017 at The Hacienda Altagracia in Costa Rica. This will be followed by additional retreats April 20-24, 2017 at Ocala Ranch, FL; May 6-10, 2017 at Villa Estrella, on the Gulf of Popayaso and the South Pacific Ocean; June 1-4, 2017 at Round Hill, Jamaica; and finally October 14-17, 2017 at the renowned Beach House in Turks and Caicos.

Tosca Reno is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and “fitness model” who has been bringing her message to the public for the past 17+ years via personal seminars across North America, as well as writing the monthly “Raise the Bar” column for Oxygen. She is also the author of the New York Times best selling series “Your Best Body Now and the Eat-Clean Diet ® designed to help the public achieve “robust health and wellness one clean meal at a time,” while eliminating stress and anxiety. Her message and methods have not only caught on with the general public, but also been embraced by numerous celebrities including Paula Abdul, Angelina Jolie and Bobby Brown, not to mention touted by Dr. Oz.

*Drink more water beginning with 8 cups of water (2 liters) every morning before eating or drinking anything else

*Stop thinking that carbohydrates are bad. Instead think of carbs as, grain, fruit or green carbohydrates. Adding more green carbohydrates to your diet boosts your ability to manage your weight and achieve long-term weight loss success, while providing the critical nutrients necessary for optimal wellness

*Jump on a rebounder or mall tightly strung trampoline, for 15 minutes in place of ½ hour on a treadmill. . It burns the more calories in less time, tones and conditions, all while being easier on the knees and back.

*Join a challenge. According to Reno, it has been proven that working out with “like-minded” out there to achieve similar goals can not only make “transformation easier, increase success by 50%.”
