NooCube Reviews | Does it Work or Scam?

noocubeNooCube is a nootropic dietary supplement that claims to improve cognitive functions by using all-natural ingredients. It’s supposed to be highly effective, as the substances included in it have been scientifically proven as beneficial for the brain. But it should also be very safe. Because while it’s a nootropic, NooCube supplement doesn’t contain the most popular stimulant, caffeine. This should make it unable to generate the most common side effects associated with nootropics, including jitteriness and insomnia. But can it really live up to these claims? After all, nootropics that are both powerful and completely unable to generate side effects are very rare.

What is NooCube?

NooCube supplement is available in capsule form and is manufactured and sold by ERGO Group Limited, a company based in the United Arab Emirates. Unlike other manufacturers, ERGO doesn’t specialize in health supplements but is involved in multiple lines of business. It’s difficult to say how much experience this company has in the field since it doesn’t seem like it also offers other health products.

And for most supplements that are only available through the internet, this would be considered a red flag. But this company seem to be completely legitimate, and most likely has only now started its activity in the business of health supplements. NooCube is probably its first release, but judging by the website, a lot of work has been put into its development and promotion.

It seems that while NooCube has only been released at the beginning of this year, it has already started to gain popularity. We don’t take the positive reviews posted on the website into account since we don’t have any proof that they’re real. But the product receives attention on social media.

Which is quite impressive given that the product might have only become available a few weeks ago. Still, we don’t yet have any customer reviews. Which means that we can only draw conclusions by carefully analyzing the information made available by the company.

And the official website does indeed offer a lot of information. In fact, NooCube has one of the best presentations we have ever seen. It’s claimed that the product can improve focus, memory, mental energy, and all other cognitive processes. Which is exactly what it’s promised for all other brain boosters available on the market. But the Noocube website actually offers proof for these statements. Visitors can read papers regarding scientific studies performed on most of the ingredients. And all of them show very positive findings.

It seems that the company has indeed chosen the most promising natural substances, so NooCube has a great point in its favor right from the start. Of course, not all the studies are regarded as definite proof by the scientific community. But they’re promising nonetheless, and future users have a good reason to expect good results. Still, this doesn’t mean that it can generate the same effects in all users.

Does Noocube Really Work?

Judging by the ingredients alone, it should work just as well as any other quality brain booster. Which means that it will generate great results for some of the users, while others won’t find it satisfactory. And this is how most well-made supplements work. The ingredients, while effective, are too weak to affect all users in the same manner. This is because these substances are not drugs, or are not considered as such in most areas of the world.

Supplements don’t require approval from the FDA and can be used freely simply because they’re not able to generate dangerous side effects. But they can’t generate very strong positive effects either. Of course, some combinations of safe substances do manage to generate amazing changes for most of their users, but very few supplements work this way. NooCube seems to be one of them, but we don’t have enough feedback from the customers, expectations should be reasonable.

And this is also stated on the official website. The company lets the visitors know that using a supplement alone is not enough to dramatically increase one’s level of energy. Users of NooCube are advised to also improve their diet, get a healthy amount of sleep each night and exercise. And we appreciate that no outrageous claims are made about NooCube or brain boosters in general. It seems that the company is trying to help inexperienced supplement users understand how they’re supposed to work instead of misleading them. This is very rare given that many supplement manufacturers are trying to reach the inexperienced clients just because they won’t be able to see that their products are not worth the money.

Also, the website mentions exactly how the product should be used. New users are advised to start at 2 capsules a day, ingested early in the morning along with breakfast. The dosage can later be increased if needed, but it should never exceed 4 capsules a day. It’s not mentioned what happens in this case, but we would recommend users to not take any risks. The substances included in NooCube are harmless in small amounts but have the potential to become dangerous, especially for users who are not used to nootropics.

Also, the company advises users to not mix the capsules with other stimulants, at least not in the beginning. The first effects of NooCube should be noticed after 30-45 minutes of ingesting the capsules, so it should work fast enough. Some other supplements work faster, but on the other hand, the effects of NooCube should last for 8-10 hours.

If the claim is true, it means that this product is one of the most powerful available on the market. Most supplements will only increase the level of energy of the user for 5 hours at most. Their effects are about as long lasting as those of coffee, but apparently, NooCube is different. But until the users start giving their opinions, we can’t know for sure.

Still, while we don’t yet have positive reviews, we also don’t have complaints regarding this product. And we know that it’s gaining popularity, so at least a number of people would be willing to show their dissatisfaction if there was something wrong with it. We can assume that as it’s claimed, NooCube is unable to generate serious side effects.

What Are the Ingredients of Noocube?

The official website offers almost all the information we need about this supplement, including a detailed presentation all its ingredients. NooCube contains alpha GPC, cat’s claw, oat straw, huperzine A, Bacopa monnieri, L-theanine and L-tyrosine. Unfortunately, the website doesn’t present the full label of the product, so we don’t know which additives it contains. They’re most likely safe, but they would have helped us determine other important details. For example, because we don’t know what the capsule shells are made of, we don’t know if NooCube is vegetarian. All the ingredients are, but capsule shells are commonly made from gelatin, which is an animal by-product. We can assume that this is also the case for NooCube since it’s never mentioned that it fits all diets. But we don’t know for sure, and neither will the new clients before they read the label on the actual product.

Still, we know that NooCube doesn’t contain GMOs or Gluten, which is surely helpful for many clients. It’s also mentioned that the supplement is manufactured in FDA approved facilities, but this seems rather odd since it’s not clear where exactly is the product manufactured. The company is based in the United Arab Emirates, and we could assume that NooCube is manufactured in this area. But given that the facilities that it’s produced in are approved by the FDA, they must be located in the US. It’s very confusing, and hopefully, the label on the product makes its origin clear. But the ingredients are what matters most, and next, we’ll have a look at each of them.

  • Alpha GPC (alpha Glycerylphosphorylcholine) is a natural substance included in many brain boosters as it’s believed that it can improve memory and learning. It works by increasing the level of acetylcholine, which is a neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters are chemicals that facilitate communication between brain cells, and each of them has different properties. Acetylcholine, in particular, is involved in cognitive processes. And the NooCube website presents 2 studies which show Alpha GPC as able to improve cognitive functions in both healthy individuals and people who suffer from dementia. But these findings are not seen as definitive proof. In fact, Alpha GPC is not recognized as an effective treatment for diseases that cause cognitive impairment. Still, that’s only the case in the US, because, in other areas of the world (including Europe), this substance is used in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease. Obviously, Alpha GPC really does help, and it’s a good addition to any supplement.
  • Next, we have huperzine A, a substance that is extracted from the Chinese club moss. Despite being 100% natural, it’s purified to such a degree that it has the properties of an artificial drug. In fact, many consider it to be a drug. Not only is it very pure, but it has very strong effects. Huperzine A is recognized as an effective treatment for Alzheimer’s disease, so naturally, it’s a very popular ingredient in brain enhancers. The NooCube website mentions two of the studies that prove it to be effective,  and it seems that its way of action is similar to that of alpha GPC. Huperzine A increases the level of acetylcholine, improving all cognitive functions.
  • But the same can’t be said about cat’s claw (Uncaria tomentosa). This plant is used in the treatment of many different diseases, as it contains substances that are able to stimulate the immune system, protect cells from damage and even kill viruses and bacteria. It seems that cat’s claw can benefit the entire body, including brain cells. But there’s no proof that it can actually improve cognitive functions. It can protect neurons from damage, and that’s very helpful, but it’s not a stimulant. Not that the NooCube website advertises it as such. It presents a study that shows the plant’s protective qualities but doesn’t make other claims. Still, antioxidants are a great addition to any brain supplement, so cat’s claw has its place.
  • Then we have Bacopa monnieri, another ingredient that is very common in nootropics. This plant is used in the treatment of a number of affections, but most often for those that damage thinking skills. A number of studies (some of them available on the NooCube website) show it as able to improve cognitive functions, and it seems that it works by increasing the level of neurotransmitters. It’s also believed that it can protect neurons from damage, so like all ingredients so far, Bacopa is a good choice for NooCube.
  • Oat straw (Avena sativa) on the other hand might not be as helpful. The NooCube website presents 2 studies that show it as able to improve cognitive functions, but they’re not taken into consideration by the medical world. Oat straw has many great properties and it’s able to decrease cholesterol and blood sugar, but it doesn’t seem like it can do much for the brain. It’s used in the treatment of many health conditions, but rarely as a brain booster. Of course, it could be helpful after all, and the studies do look promising. But we need more proof before considering it truly beneficial for the brain.
  • But L-theanine might be able to provide some benefits, even if it’s qualities are not yet recognized. This substance is an amino acid found in green and black tea, and it has a structure that is very similar to glutamate. Glutamate is also an amino acid, and all compounds of this type are building blocks for proteins, which make up muscle. But each of them also has additional functions. Glutamate works as a neurotransmitter, and since theanine has a similar structure, it’s believed that it can be used by the body in the same way. And glutamate is the most common neurotransmitter, so it’s essential for healthy brain functions. It’s not yet proven that theanine has a similar effect, but it looks very promising. Green tea is known to be both invigorating and relaxing, and theanine might be partly responsible for the effect.
  • Lastly, we have L-tyrosine, and it too is an amino acid. Unlike theanine it can’t function as a neurotransmitter, but it’s involved in the production of dopamine and noradrenaline. These substances are neurotransmitters that are essential for focus and alertness, particularly in stressful situations. Tyrosine should be very beneficial for those who are working or studying under stress, but also for those who suffer from anxiety and related mental conditions. There is no proof for tyrosine’s effects on the brain yet, but given the way it functions, it’s most likely very helpful.

Is NooCube Safe?

NooCube is very safe when used in the recommended dosage. Users should never exceed 4 capsules a day because some of the ingredients can cause unwanted effects if abused. In fact, users who are sensitive might experience unpleasant symptoms anyway, which is why it’s better to not use this product without a doctor’s approval. This is not to say that NooCube is more dangerous than other supplements, because the same warning applies for all of them. These products are safe, but most of the substances included in them have specific risks, especially if they’re effective.

The ingredients in NooCube can cause digestive problems, insomnia, and high blood pressure. In fact, they can even generate effects that are the exact opposite of what is expected from the product. These include fatigue, confusion, blurred vision and other similar issues. Still, while these effects are possible, they’re not very likely to occur. Especially in the case of this product. No one has complained yet, so we can assume that the users who are affected by the ingredients are very rare.

But at the same time, these potential side effects are very dangerous for people who are not in good health condition. Furthermore, some of the ingredients interact with medication. Those who are under treatment for any kind of health condition should not use NooCube without their doctors’ approval. It would be best if all users would receive professional advice regarding the supplement, but this in mandatory for those whose health is less than perfect. Also, as we’ve mentioned before, NooCube should not be mixed with other stimulants. The body needs time to adjust to the substances included in it, so users should not start experimenting right away. This might be difficult given that the capsules are supposed to be ingested in the morning, just when most people have coffee. But it’s better to not take any risks.

And of course, NooCube should not be used by children under 18 and pregnant women. Most of the ingredients included in NooCube have not been tested on these groups of potential users, so we don’t know if they’re safe enough.

What Are the Benefits of NooCube?

NooCube contains a blend of some of the most effective natural nootropics available. All of them are well known and most are proven as effective, so the product will most likely have a positive effect over the majority of users. It should indeed be able to improve cognitive functions, from learning ability and memory to alertness and focus. It should also improve mood by relieving anxiety, and it’s most likely as fast acting as it’s claimed. It’s difficult to say if the users will experience its benefits for 10 hours as it’s claimed.

But on the plus side, some of ingredients in NooCube have long lasting effects. A number of ingredients protect cells from damage, which means that the neurons will function in optimal condition for longer. This product should be able to offer at least some degree of protection against degenerative diseases. Also, it doesn’t contain caffeine, so it’s safe to use by those who are prone to experiencing its side effects.

Why Choose NooCube?

Since this supplement contains proven ingredients and no caffeine, it’s a good choice for both new and experienced brain supplement users. It should perform well for most people, and at the same time it’s not likely to generate side effects. This is because caffeine is the most common cause for unwanted reactions experienced by users of nootropics. It’s included in supplements in a concentrated form, and often times even coffee drinkers complain about side effects.

But NooCube can even be used by those who don’t drink coffee at all, so it’s a safe choice for beginners. And of course, it’s a good choice for people who have tried a number of supplement with no results. Each person reacts to the ingredients in these products in a different way, so each supplement enthusiast must be willing to experiment for a while. Finding the right product is not easy, and NooCube is surely worth a try.

Also, this product comes with a 60 day money back  guarantee. And the bottles can be sent back opened or even completely empty. But to qualify for a refund, the client must make sure that the package reaches the company while still covered by the guarantee. Normally this would mean that the client is  forced to ship the package with at least 1 week before the guarantee expires, reducing the length of the trial period. But as it turn out, this is not a problem with NoCube because the policy includes an extra week, set aside for delivery. It’s only mentioned once, in the terms sections of the website, but the guarantee is actually 67 days instead of 60. It’s a nice surprise given that for many supplements the terms section hides policies that decrease the rights of clients.

  1. I just purchased Noocube and I am very pleased with the results. I tried many other supplements and many make me jittery because of the caffeine content. I have only been using it for several days, but I can definitely tell how focused it makes me feel.
